At Bitsenze our customers are the most valuable thing to us. They are the reason why we are still in business and why we have been able to exercise our skills into bring them the best of the best everyone. This reflects heavily on our considerations when preparing our refund policy below.

Policy 1:

Due the nature of services we provide at Bitsenze,  weonly provide refunds for the portion of the amount for which no work has been performed, this is to avoid any disparities between our customers and our employees.

Policy 2:

If work is not deliverd as per agreed timeline due to negligence of the service provider, we are obligated to refund that amount for that section of said project that was left undone.

Although, if said project was not delivered due to the client’s failure to provide any input in form of specifications, preferences and more, within the specified timeline for a said particular stage then no refund is applicable to make up for themissing of timeline

Policy 3:

In case you are reconsidering your decision and there is need for you to cancel the contract, weallow for a  3 day period from the date of signing of contract. If after 3 days ,without reason, and no work has been performed, or no progress has been made due to negligence on your part. We refund 70 % of the project value. Thank you.

Policy 4:

All amounts owed by the client to BS for Services rendered prior to the verified cancellation date must be paid in full. There will be no prorating for partial months throughout theAgreement. Due to account security and privacy concerns, all billing related questions and cancellation requests MUST be made in writing or via email.
